Good bustling food market both for local produce and also street food options that are great for lunch. Not essential but worth stopping by and grabbing a lunch or sweet treat from the range of vendors

St. George’s Market is a wonderful place to experience the energy of Belfast and sample local food and goods. I was able to visit both Saturday and Sunday, and each day the market was lively and full of great vendors.
It’s an excellent spot for breakfast or lunch, with many stalls offering freshly cooked food as well as stands selling local produce and baked goods. One of the highlights for me was the famous Belfast bap layered with bacon, sausage, and egg on delicious bread. It was a perfect way to start the day.
I also picked up some fantastic Guinness bread, jams, and a few pieces of art and handmade gifts from local makers. The mix of food, craft, and local products makes the market feel authentic and welcoming.
If you are visiting Belfast on the weekend, St. George’s Market is definitely worth stopping by.

We visited St George’s Market on a Sunday when it is dominated by art, collectibles and food. Being around lunch, we started with a superb bacon roll before visiting the rest of the stalls. A nice variety of stalls with a good atmosphere. Ideal to spend an hour or so in the weekend.
